Liability and Insurance While we handle all items with utmost care, Box & Go is not responsible for damages that occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Cancellation and Refund Policy To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee. Refunds for prepaid services will be processed according to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Modification of Terms Box & Go reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
